We’ve taken Employee Lifetime Value (the value an employee gives your business) and created Employer Lifetime Value (the value you give your employees) to create a proprietary metric: Mutual Lifetime Value.
Coupled with the additional people and financial data, we develop a bespoke baseline metric that you can use to track your Employee Experience, including the impact of any changes you make.
