Now you’ve got the business case to inspire conversation, adapt your budget and resources and do things a little differently.
3. Human insights
Employee Experience is worthless without a human-centred design approach. We design from user insight, rather than anecdotal experiences and carefully consider the moments that matter for your people.
We’ll work with you to understand and uncover insights from your people and your company.
The exact outputs you get depend on how long we work together. For a 9 month engagement you can expect:

All are packaged in a stakeholder-ready report.
5. Ongoing coaching

Through our supporting role, we’ll help you with coaching, and resources and help you identify where you can leverage support from your organisation’s Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product Design teams to transform your HR and Employee Experience.
