1. Group influencer training

It doesn’t make sense for anyone from Human Resources or a Learning and Development company to tell you what makes a content creator great at what they do.

We have the partnership to connect you to some of the most talented and impactful influencers in the world.

The awesome team at 1J Esports have a roster of hugely talented individuals who will be on hand to share their expertise, tips and set-up with you. Don’t accept anything less than those who have thousands of followers, and create online conversations and amazing content for a living.

2. Individual coaching

The benefit of a 4 week programme is the time and space to reflect and apply your learning each week. Of course, we could try and do this all in a day… but a one-day online workshop is tiring and ineffective.

In between the weekly group sessions, Freeformers will be on hand with personalised and individual coaching to help you apply your learning, update your playbook and reflect on the changes you are seeing in your online content and leadership.

We have written the go-to guide on how to create, engage and nurture digital communities, which is built into the web app. Your influencers won’t just deliver a feed of content, they will also create conversation and inspire others to create their own content too.

You’ll also get us. To support your influencer community for the length of a campaign (usually 12 weeks). We make sure they post on time, constantly create better content and conversion and support each other with their own tips and tricks.
