1. Workplace Influencer Strategy
We need to understand your audience to match an influencer to each audience persona. This way, each persona receives a campaign from an individual with the empathy and context that will resonate with them… inspiring them to act and think differently.
We then (internally) advertise the opportunity to be a Workplace Influencer. We don’t ask people as this never works out in the long run. Instead we present this as an exciting opportunity for aspiring leaders to learn how to lead in a digital age.
3. Skills and tools
We provide a video production kit, transforming a smartphone into a portable film studio. This makes their content stand head and shoulders above the rest of the organisation.
1J Esports, the official Esports team of Norwich City FC and expert content creators, then train your Workplace Influencers to help them to understand their tasks, success metrics, and tips on how to produce great content. All the while sharing their experience in creating worldwide engagement, conversation and community.
Workplace Influencers will have ongoing support from our dedicated web app, full of production tips, downloadable assets and walk-through video briefs.
